[considering the sudden, violent nature of Haruka's death, Akira does his best to make his rounds through the mansion to check up on the people he has come to know. on his list is, of course, Ken. . . who is extremely mature for his age but still a kid in the grand scheme of things. god he hopes Ken is all right. no kid should have to see something so horrid happen right in front of their eyes]

[he finds Ken in the study, and Akira announces his presence by knocking on the door frame. he is standing a little hunched, clearly favoring his back (is something wrong with it?) as he enters the room]

[he can be found basically anywhere in the mansion, as he's meandering about idly trying to calm his racing mind down. he's absolutely not tired-- he slept through, like. . . the whole trial-- and yet he feels the emotional exhaustion weighing down his limbs with every step he takes]
