Minato looks amused and touched in equal measure, but does step outside, holding the door for Akira.

[out he goes!! and he's stretching a little, one arm crossed across his torso with the other loops around same]

[. . . laughs, knuckles pressed against his mouth, but-- with a flash of blue, his outfit burns away for Joker's standard black jacket getup]

[and a few moments later, Satanael rises into being behind him, as regal and intimidating as he has ever been]

Minato steps back for a moment, but it's only so he can get a better look at Satanael. Hmmm... Hmmm...!!

Then he starts to circle around him, just to get a good look.]

... Really... really impressive, you know that, Akira? He's really cool.

[Satanael hovers with his wings fluttering slightly, his rifle held in both hands, fingers curling around the barrel. his eyes follow Minato as he walks, but he seems pretty calm!]

[likely because Akira is, despite the strain of keeping a Persona manifested. his lips curve into a smile, hands dipping into the pockets of his jacket]

[Minato sounds distracted, because he is! He... stands on his tiptoes! Even reaching as best he can, he Cannot Reach Satanael's head.]

Minato hums, lightly pleased, and then reaches up to pat him. Right between his horns.

Pat! Pat! Pat!]

[Satanael accepts the pats with mild bemusement, though it isn't immediately obvious on his Persona-y features. Akira, however, tilts his head to watch the entire thing, lips twitching slightly in amusement]

[Minato remembers how much effort it was to keep Thanatos out long term, so he only gives Satanael a few more quick pats before he pulls back to walk back to Akira's side.]

Thanks. Things feel a bit more balanced now.

And I'm happy to have been able to get a better look at the Persona that represents you the most.

[a sharp exhale when Minato pulls back, and with a wave of his hand, Satanael vanishes. it's like an entire weight has been lifted off of his shoulders. . . and Akira finally relaxes]

[lightly, teasingly]

[Oh... Minato looks thoughtful at that for a moment, inspect Akira with his head slightly tilted to one side.

And then he nods.]

Yeah, I think I did.

I think... I've got a terribly powerful kouhai. [He reaches up to ruffle Akira's hair.]

But Satanael--he's supposed to know the difference between right and wrong more than anyone, right? So it's not anything I'm worried about at all.

[He knows Akira will only use his power in the right ways, for the right reasons.]

[— a startled noise escapes Akira's lips as Minato reaches up to ruffle his hair. he is so taken off guard that he only manages to draw back a little bit, unable to avoid the worst of the HAIR ASSAULT!!]

[LIFTS A HAND TO FLATTEN HIS TOUSLED HAIR??]

[Minato just blinks placidly.]

[huffs a little, stuff baffled but now amused, and continues to flatten his feathery hair]
