[when she presses closer, he shifts slightly to pull her fully onto his lap, an arm sliding around the back of her waist to steady her. there's no point in doing this halfway, after all!!]

[ You never know, maybe Mash will show up and then Ritsuka will have to drown Akira and then herself. Weirder things have happened in her life.

For now, though, clearly the thing to do in response to his encouragement is to just fully slide into his lap. Once she's settled, she finally breaks the kiss, though she doesn't pull back. This is fine. ]

[lifts a hand to brush his knuckles against her cheek, touch feather-light]

[ She closes her eyes, turning her head to press her lips to his palm. ]

You could be a little ashamed.

[ She doesn't sound terribly concerned, sliding her fingers into his hair to give it a small tug. Maybe she's not as good at it as he is, but she does like seeing him blush like that. ]

[tilts his head a little into that tug, one eye slipping shut]

[ As she says that, she starts scritching her nails gently against his scalp, like one might do to a cat. ]

[ She squeezes his hands, leaning in to boop her nose against his. ]

[ She doesn't latch onto his arm completely, but she does lean against him once they're on their feet, comfortably in his space. ]
